Increase and Streamline Event Sales, Remedy Phone issues – long waits and hold times for information

ISSUES WE SAW:
Existing website had little pertinent information or photos about the experience of this wonderful five acre estate with restored 1847 mansion and Spanish cuisine.

Small (1/4 and 1/8 page) ads in multiple magazines were not creating any impact or results

GETTING DOWN TO BUSINESS:
Design a website that targeted the user and would sell the unique experience while giving pertinent information (in text and photos) about how to have that experience. Created a Planning Your Party Form for user interaction allowing 24/7 requests for information from website and restaurant contact to the interested party within one business day with specific information. And we optimized the site for user experience and search engines.

Created full page ads for only the two leading wedding magazines matching the targeted audience of the venue and consistent with product being sold, and secured prominent positioning. Ads pointed to the experience, and to the website for more information.

RESULT:
First 11 months: 570 responses and over $3 million of warm sales leads sent through the Planning Your Party Form. Sales increased from $250,000 the previous year to over $1.35 million.

Year 2: 948 responses and over $5 million in warm sales leads from the Planning Your Party Form

Year 3 (current year): 21% increase in responses over Year 2 to date.
